Online therapy (also known as telehealth or virtual therapy) is conducted through secure video platforms. You can attend from the comfort of your home, office, or anywhere with privacy and an internet connection. The only exception is that you must be located in the state of Virginia for the session to be held!

You’re probably wondering, so what would work best for myself online therapy or in person?
