Angelique Kinley
MA in Mental Health Counseling
Life gets heavy sometimes. You wake up feeling like there’s a weight on your chest, or like your mind won’t slow down long enough to catch a break. Maybe you’re doing everything “right” but still feel stuck, exhausted, or just not yourself. I get it. That’s why I do this work, to give people a space where they don’t have to carry it all alone. I'm not the kind of therapist who sits back and nods or throws generic advice at you. Therapy with me is a conversation, a collaboration. Some days, that means digging into the patterns that are keeping you stuck; other days, it’s just about having a space to breathe and process without judgment. We’ll figure out what’s working, what’s not, and how to build a way forward that actually feels doable. I want you to feel safe being exactly who you are, without fear of being judged, dismissed, or misunderstood.
