Brooklyn Beeler
MA in Counseling
Hi, I’m Brooklyn! Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying everyone else's needs, feeling disconnected from yourself, or simply trying to make it through the day. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, perfectionism, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you don't have to figure it out alone.
I became a therapist because I believe healing happens in relationships. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are without feeling like you have to perform, have it all together, or be anything other than human. Together, we'll make room for both the hard moments and the moments of joy, growth, and hope.
I've always felt emotions deeply, and what I once saw as a weakness has become one of my greatest strengths. It allows me to connect authentically, hold space with compassion, and walk alongside people as they rediscover themselves. I've also sat in the client's chair, so I understand how vulnerable it can feel to begin therapy. My hope is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout that process.
My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma informed, and rooted in the belief that healing involves both the mind and the body. Together, we'll explore the patterns that have kept you stuck, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and build a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and aligned with who you truly are.
Outside of the therapy room, you'll usually find me thrifting for vintage treasures, spending time with my rescued greyhound, Cairo, attempting to improve my tennis game, or watching a good reality TV show. Humor and authenticity are a big part of who I am, and I believe they have a place in therapy, too.
You deserve a space where you can slow down, breathe, and come home to yourself. I'd be honored to walk alongside you in that journey.
