Cassie Herring
MA in Marriage and Family Therapy
Hi, I am Cassie! From a young age, I knew I wanted to help people feel seen, heard, and feel lighter after they've interacted with me. I am here to create a space where others can be their authentic selves, free from judgment or societal pressures. I am here to provide a space where individuals, families, and couples can leave behind their burdens, breathe freely, and speak openly without fear of judgment while having the support to do so.
Being on the other side of the couch gives you a deeper, more personal understanding of the therapeutic process, which I feel makes me a more compassionate and effective therapist. Personal experiences, alongside my extensive training, fuels my unwavering belief that therapy can work.
I deeply understand the importance of authenticity in therapy. I listen with curiosity, and I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is built on trust, engagement, and genuine care. To me, therapy is about more than just techniques; it’s about connection.
I primarily work with individuals, couples, and families.
