Dr. Melayna Schiff
PhD, MSW
If the path ahead of you feels uncertain—or if your old ways of navigating no longer seem to help—you are not alone. Maybe the things that once made sense suddenly don’t. Maybe you are feeling the weight of change without a clear sense of direction. Or maybe you’re simply exhausted from shaping yourself around roles or expectations that no longer fit. When the way forward feels unclear or you’re questioning what’s actually yours, as opposed to what’s been handed to you, therapy can help you sort through it. Therapy offers a supportive space to untangle the noise, reconnect with your own voice, and find clarity in what matters most to you.
I’m all about creating a safe, welcoming space where you can show up just as you are—no masks, no scripts, no pressure. I believe that when we question the stories we've been told about who we “should” be or what we “should” want, we can uncover more authentic truths. From there, a new path can begin to take shape. My role is to support you in making sense of who you are, what you want, and how to build an enriching life that reflects your values. Whether you’re navigating identity exploration, healing from trauma, or deepening your relationships, I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity and care.
