Jill Norcott

MSW

Hi! I’m Jill and I am a therapist who genuinely believes that we’re wired for connection.
A big part of why I do this work is because I love helping people build stronger, healthier relationships, not just with their partners, but with their friends and, perhaps most importantly, themselves. When we feel connected, we’re often better equipped to navigate the hard things life brings our way.
I especially enjoy working with people who feel stuck in the same relationship patterns and are ready to try something different. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest and feel understood without judgment, while also helping you recognize what may be getting in the way and learn practical tools to create meaningful change.
I understand that relationships can have seasons. There are times when connection comes easily and times when it feels much harder to find your way back to each other. I believe it is possible to rebuild friendship, become curious about one another again, and rediscover care and connection.
I value authenticity, kindness, confidence, and clear communication and I bring those same qualities into the therapy room. I also believe that therapy should feel like a collaborative relationship. If something isn’t working, it’s okay to try a different approach.
My hope is that therapy can be a place where you feel both supported and challenged—a place where you can better understand yourself, learn new ways of responding, and create healthier patterns in your relationships.
I’m passionate about this work because I believe improving one relationship can have a ripple effect. When we learn how to communicate, connect, set boundaries, and care for ourselves and others differently, we have the opportunity to create change that can extend far beyond us.
