Katie Boggs
MA in Art Therapy & Counseling, LPC ATR
Hi, I’m Katie, a licensed professional counselor and art therapist who loves connecting with people in meaningful, human ways. Therapy, to me, is a space where you can feel heard, seen, and understood—without judgment, without pressure, and yes, sometimes with a little creativity.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and general support. Using a blend of CBT, DBT, and client-centered approaches, I help clients build practical skills for managing difficult emotions while also honoring their unique stories. As an art therapist, I also offer creative tools for those who find expression through imagery, color, and symbolism.
I have a casual, kind approach in session—think empathy with a sprinkle of humor and plenty of practical tools to help you move forward. Outside of the therapy room, I’m a cat lover and someone who finds joy in connection and curiosity. Whether you’re figuring out a big life change, navigating relationships, or just want a safe place to pause and process, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, empowered, and a little lighter by the time you leave.
