I entered the therapy space to create more opportunities for people who look like me to have a space they can feel understood, heard, and validated. What you can expect in my approach in therapy is someone who will support you in your emotions, challenge you, and create humor and honesty when necessary.

A quote by Neale Donald Walsch, “Life begins at the end of our comfort zone” has always resonated with me and is something that I often invite in my sessions with clients. My goal is to offer a culturally sensitive, yet dynamic space to offer mental health care for everyone.
