Rachel Zindler
MSW
Hi, I'm Rachel, and I'm glad you're here.
I believe that life is made up of both beautiful moments and difficult ones, and that growth often happens somewhere in between. My passion for this work comes from my own understanding that healing isn't always easy and it often comes with growing pains, uncertainty, and challenges that push us outside of our comfort zones. Being able to walk alongside others as they navigate those experiences is something I find deeply meaningful.
As a therapist, I strive to create a space that feels warm, genuine, and collaborative. I view therapy as a partnership where you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you explore your experiences, develop new insights, and build the tools you need to move toward the life you want.
Outside of therapy, I'm a musician who loves both the emotional and analytical sides of creativity. I'm fascinated by understanding the "why" behind things, whether that's music theory, human behavior, or the world around me. I bring that same curiosity into my work with clients. I also value warmth, authenticity, and connection. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where you feel accepted and understood while also helping you take meaningful steps toward your goals.
You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes the first step is simply having a place where you can show up exactly as you are.
